Very upset on how we were treated by the short lady who refused to give me her name or the managers name. We had an appointment with Ana and she was being very rude when I first called over the phone. When I arrive in person she was screaming, in front of her clients. So rude!!!! We have never encountered something like that during the 15+years we’ve been going there. I called when I left to ask for the managers name and she then said I’m sorry ma’am why do you need the name and hung up. I called again and she left me on hold.
