I was visiting Arlington for the weekend and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I had picked this place because of the ratings and reviews on google. I don’t know what happened, but this was the worst pedicure and dip service I’ve received. My pedicure literally started chipping the same day after I took a shower and within 24 hours, my dip not only was chipping, but of course my nails started to break. The nail tech was rough with her drill, actually burning me a few times as well. The staff, as a whole, were friendly and the prices were on par with what I pay at my regular salon. My nails are decent. I enjoyed the pedicure. I expected to pay $55 plus a tip. The technician stated that the french design would look better with a curve since they were long and coffin shaped. Unfortunately they didn’t tell me it would be an additional $20 until after she finished. Again, these are decent but not worth $75. We had some daddy daughter time and she wanted to get her nails done, so we googled and this place came up with the better reviews…..I KNOW WHY!!! We were walk ins and we were in chairs at 10:05am. The ladies were so friendly and professional. They made conversation with us and were helpful for (this dad) to understand the options. They pampered us and treated us very special. I used Google translation to speak to them a little which they thought was nice. They did not try and pressure any up charges. They gave real actual foot, and calf, and hand and forearm massages. We got mani/pedis both and at one time my daughter had two ladies working on her at once. Our experience there was wonderful. You will drive right past it if you only go by the location.
