The salon is BEAUTIFUL! Very relaxing and very clean. Staff is very professional and attentive. My main advice would be to go through the reviews and decide a nail tech. I was late to my appointment and got another tech and I’m pretty disappointed. The shaping is off, there’s fuzz in the polish and the nails are VERY textured(bumpy). I wanted to love this salon. My first visit I received great service and a full set of acrylics with gel polish that lasted nearly 3 weeks.

I went in last weekend for a fill and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The gel didn’t cure properly, my nails were shaped unevenly, and my polish was applied unevenly. 4 of my nails peeled off within the same day. I’ve been getting acrylics with gel polish for the better part of 12 years and this is the first time in my entire life I have asked for a nail salon to fix their work.

When I called the salon they offered to have me come in to have my nails fixed for free. When I returned I was given the same nail tech from before, who once again did a poor job. The polish was applied up onto my cuticles and when some gel polish had cured on my skin the tech tried to file it off my skin. During my manicure when I tried to point out my concerns I was dismissed and felt rushed out of the salon.

Update: not even an hour after I left the salon the gel polish on my nail started peeling off. – Haley
