This is my 2nd time going to NIB. It has been such a great experience. The first person who did my gel nail (rose) was Kate and she was wonderful. The massage with the rose hot stone was splendid. I didn’t know I needed that service!

Today I did a manicure with Ucharal. She was gentle, kind, and we had a great conversation about Montessori! I really enjoyed the hot stone too!

The ambiance is just so soothing and inviting. It’s calming. I’m glad they put soft (lo-fi) music in the background. I’m def coming again and I love how it’s non-toxic.

I paid $88 for what was supposed to be a 60 minute pedicure that included deep callus treatment and what I ended up getting was about 40 minutes of a lackluster service.
