Went in at 6 pm for a pedicure, they closed at 8pm. They made me pay 10 mins into my pedicure. The lady immediately gave me gel palettes for my toes. I told her i just wanted regular all white paint, she rolled her eyes (because gel polish is double) Then when she start’s the white and she does french tips (another double charge) that i didn’t ask for, she removed it and got an attitude. I gave this place a chance because it’s close to me but I won’t be back. I’m not a person to complain much when I see certain things and I wouldn’t be rude to others and make a big deal about everything I don’t like…but I feel like I need to share my experience so others can judge for themselves.

When I arrived, one person started doing my nails, then another one continued and then the third person finished.

You can look at the photo and see the work is “ok”. Also, I don’t understand how nail technicians in many salons don’t make the cuticle look better. I also had dry skin or flakes around my nails which I didn’t have before the manicure.

Didn’t like the cleanliness….my chair had nail or acrylic dust all over on the sides.
