The caliber of the staff has changed and I no longer recommend going here. I always get a mani dip. At my last two appts they changed my polish but no actual mani. My first set chipped about 9 days after I got them done. At my next appt, the chipping started the next day. I thought maybe I got a bad tech the first time but now I just won’t go back. In the pictures you can see the peeling and no mani. I was told they would have a real “good” nail tech fix my nails- which confirmed the tech I had the evening before apparently wasn’t ‘real good’. I’m not sure if that refers to a license or not? I expect all techs to be licensed but I was told the reason for the chipping within 24 hours was because the nail was filed too smoothly by the tech. The new salon I went to advised that’s usually the case and my nails were too thick. I had them completely redo everything and I got my mani.

I asked for my last two receipts, confirmation of the shop owner, and their customer service policy- never received and it’s because of this- along with questionable licensing that I reported the complaint to the FTC and NV general attorney… very easy process. – Christina Davidson

I called Pedi Lounge &Nails before I went in and was told a pedicure with no polish would be $30. I believe they used the bait and switch and because they speak to each other in a foreign language I got up to pay and it was $35.
