I have been coming to sassy nails consistently for three years now. I have never had a bad experience with any of the nail techs. Each of them are talented, professional and really nice. Their products are terrible and do not last. Also – their management is rude and disrespectful.
I was in there 9 days ago and had to have an SNS nail fixed 3 days after having them done. Today, 9 days after the initial job – I went in to have 3 more nails fixed because they are snapping in half at the middle of the nail – not where they would normally because of wear and tear – this is just bad products. The manager argued with me saying they didn’t do repairs for free. Which is not what they said on the phone when I called 5 mins prior. He said they could redo them but it would be full price. I spent over $150 for nails have not lasted 3 days and the company refused to fix them as a courtesy.
If you want your nails to last more than a week I would suggest a different company as a whole. – Christina Gregor

Consistently great customer service and nail service. Even when something is not done to my linking the technicians will resolve.
The new location is beautifully decorated and clean. They have a great system for selecting nail color where the colors are on the wall and you can tell the technician the color # or take a pic on your phone instead of having the annoying basket of acrylic nail/ swatches with colors.
They do a great job on staffing, I’ve never been turned down for walk-in service within business hours unlike other salons in the area. Highly recommend! – Sheena
