First time I had a gel manicure done it was really nice. Went back to second time last Sunday11/5/23 and it was horrible. The guy who did my nails cut my cuticles and made them bleed on 3 of my fingers and polished over the blood. The gel had bumps and was uneven. – beth whitman

I don’t know why I keep coming back, only because it’s like 4 mins from my house. But I always have bad experiences with Mary, I pray not to get her and I still get her. I went there once with my 8 yr old daughter, bear in mind my daughter knows what a pedicure is and how it should be, they just dip her feet in the water and took it out. No massage no nothing! She was crying and said this is the worse.. Mary did her n hurried up to play cards in the back I complain but they could care less! And went to talk and laugh in their language. I then did a manicure and the guy cut my cuticle several times and no remorse, only because I complained about my daughter not being satisfied. I went back only because it was an emergency, got Mary again, I’m suppose to get the $35 package, I didn’t get half of what I paid for, I asked Mary about it she act as if she didn’t understand. No massage, no hot towel no nothing! And I still had to pay $55. But after this I definitely WONT BE COMING BACK!! – Callette Daley

I have been to this salon multiple times because it is in my neighborhood. I went in to this walk in nail salon at 5pm. I was told that it was too late to get a fill in and a pedicure. Another day, i went in after work at 5:45 pm to get a fill and they said no they are about to close. The sign says they close at 7pm. I have tried to get in several more times after work between 5:30-6pm and they said that they couldn’t take me. The owner and most of the workers are very rude. When I go into the nail salon, I said hello and the workers started speaking in their language to another worker and then looked at me and said,”what’s up!”
I asked if I get my mail done and they said no we can’t take you. We will close soon. It was 6:15 and the sun says that they close at 7pm.
I don’t appreciate being treated like this especially when I am spending good money in a place. These people appear to be racist. I don’t know what else to think. – Roslyn Williams
