I felt badly because I did not ask before hand if they could take off SNS… but then they heavily retaliated to the point where I no longer feel bad… the woman that did my nails cut all of my length off without even asking, like down to the skin for my pointer finger. She also got debris in my eye from shaving my nails down. 4 of my nails are now chipped because she didn’t cap them at the top. The establishment is a little dirty and they’re pretty rude. They tried to gaslight me saying they told me over the phone that they only take cash… I would not have gone here had I known this so I know they never told me. Also they have signs everywhere saying “no design” but they clearly do designs for their favorite clients because I watched a girl get designs. Tried to set up appointment but they didn’t answer the phone, so I came to the shop to set up appointment they wouldn’t open the door.
