UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! They damaged my amazing nails by over-drilling. All I wanted is to get the dipping powder removed. In span of 45mins, three ladies worked on my nails alternately as per their convenience, they had no commitment for completion of a simple job and ultimately gifted me dented, paper thin nails which are tearing off now, so weak, uneven and rough.

It will take me months to outgrow the damaged nails. I regret going here.

The owner didn’t even care to call me back after leaving so many messages to address the situation. I hope I’ll get her kind attention now! – S S

Went in hoping to get a cute set for Valentine’s Day and came out with sliced cuticles and not the design I showed her. The design I showed her was a square set with a light pink French tip and a bow charm on the ring finger. Everything was going well until she used the drill bit and cut my cuticles to the point there was a little blood, then she gets to my thumb and I feel a sharp slice through my cuticle only to check and see I was starting to bleed and before I could say anything, she pulled out a blue liquid and applied it to the cut. This liquid made it burn worse than when she had initially cut my finger. She just says sorry and later tries to paint a white tip instead of the pink like in the reference photo. I confront her about it and she goes to get the sample colors where I look and choose one that she disagrees with. At this point I am ready to walk out and I should’ve, but I let her continue. I end up choosing a different color and it came out the opposite of how I wanted it to look. At the end I ask if there was a bow she could put on my nail like the reference photo and she decides to sigh angrily and tell me, “that’s why I asked you earlier”. Ok, I tell her no bow is fine and she still has the nerve to charge me $65 dollars for nails I didn’t ask for, a swollen (hopefully not infected) thumb, and irritated/cut cuticles. Got a pedicure and full set by Tina. Super friendly establishment with quality service. Tina was very detail oriented and made good suggestions when I asked for a french ombre. I didn’t know there was a glitter pink option and I’m obsessed! Will be back. – Tiffany Phu
