I recently got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed here. They came out great but the person who did my eyebrows did them extremely quick and was very messy with the wax. She used SOOO much product to clean off my face and she damn near wiped my face off. She was wiping so hard and so much. I had wax left in my nose hairs. Just got out of their salon with my mom. I said several times that I wanted gel polish on my toes and they did regular. The guy who painted my fingers and toes who did my pedi also, left some edges without paint. The polish on my toes feels bumpy, did not apply two coats and left some polish residue on my skin. The guy who did my full set had me waiting before doing my nails while he went outside to smoke. My 4 year old daughter had her finger and toes painted with gel polish which they assure that it will not come out and one of the fingers is already unpainted. My mom and I had the $35 pedicure option and they charged her $50 because of the polish, $15 for the gel polish, excessive. I live down the street from this place and it’s super convenient to come here to get a quick gel mani done but every time I go there, they always mess up my nails. I’ve had all of their employees do my mani and every single person that works there does a horrendous job. I just think the next time I go, they will get it right and in hopes they don’t mess up ..but they mess it up EVERY TIME. You would think the location where it’s at (Dove Mountain) that they would bring superior top quality work to this salon, but they always fail. After this last visit, I was shock to think that they let me out of the door having my nails look like this. You can’t Instagram this (but I will Google review it). I work full time, finally got a day off and Called last minute this morning, they were quick and prompt to get us a appointment for 2 people within the next hour. They were ready for us with in 5 minutes of entering the salon. We got the deluxe pedicure ($40 each), which was reasonably priced. (Scrubs, massage, heated rocks, the works) The two men scrubbed and massaged our legs for about 20-25 minutes. I nearly turned into puddy in the chair. The men were not much of conversationalists, but were sweet and caring. I’m on my feet 8-10 hrs a day at work and carry most of the stress in my legs. So I was eagerly looking forward to the massage and pamper. The salon was clean, quiet, and not busy (two other clients at the time). Will definitely recommend to anyone needed a little pamper. – Alex Korell
