Today was my first time the girl I had was amazing . She even tried different shapes on my nails to get the shape right . being that my nail bed is so wide and not all shapes look right . She offered me free drinks, the drink included coffee, ginger ale mimosa, etc . The fact that there is parking makes the experience great . I believe her name was either Ana or Sara she is the 3 girl on the left hand side . I did my nails and eyebrows for 86 dollars it is a 3 dollar charge if you use your card. – A velez
The lady that did my nails (JOANNA) if i could rate her 10 stars I WOULD, she’s very professional, educated & did my nails beautifully unlike “KATHY” had a very unpleasant experience in this place with this woman. She is very rude, unprofessional & her attitude is horrible. She was screaming at me damn near cussing me out. She is very rude to be a “MANAGER” if she doesn’t like interacting with costumers why is she upfront, just a disgusting experience with this woman & reading other reviews im not surprised other customers made a complaint about her as well. Other than the place is very nice, clean & good environment but you guys have to check the way this woman “kathy” treats & talks TO YOUR PAYING COSTUMERS. They were super friendly and i lovveeeee my nails and the SERVICE! … i received a French pedicure and manicure all for under 100 ! It’s affordable and it looks great . The place is huge too they serve drinks snack etc. I’ve only done my nails twice my whole life and this will be my go to nail shop going forward ! Thank you Helen !!! – Lala Hardy
Nice atmosphere but I got cut from an ingrown nail, something the nail tech was supposed to be careful with. I’ve been bleeding for almost a month and the only thing the owner wanted to do was to take off $10 off. It’s not fair that my feet being done properly was not the priority knowing that I could go the legal route and get more. Just be aware !!!!! – Isaiah S
Quite literally THE WORST PEDICURE EVER.
I’m pretty sure my operator did not hold an operator license as you can see from this collection of images.
Now truth be told I had not had a pedicure for about three weeks, but my gosh my toes look absolutely terrible.
That with the fact that they only take cash and then they charge you two dollars at the ATM. This place is a chop shop cash grab proceed with caution.
