Quickly popped in to have Eva shorten my nails because I had them done at a different salon day before and they were way too long. Took her less than five minutes. Very professional and did a great job. – Sahar Pugh

It was my first visit to this salon, because Luxury nail on quail hill got closed.
I came 30 minutes earlier so I have time to get comfortable, get adjusted and choose right color of nail polish for my birthday that comes on this Sunday. The nail specialist was in severe rush, I had no time to relax and enjoy, I had no chance to choose my color piece fully ( it was my first/ and last visit ). When I choose one clear color and did not like it, she got upset, I asked for a different color, it was not right for me so I told her I just take 088, honestly saying I feet like she will never let me choose something I really want for my birthday, so I decided yo choose something I used before, I asked for 088. She brought a bottle of 088, but it was empty. I told her I do not need empty bottle with dry nail polish, horrible! However, she was trying to convince me that the bottle is not empty!!!! Wow! I could see the brush is dry compare to the other bottles she brought, cuz we had tried a several.
I felt pressure to just pick anything quickly and leave. I picked color 595 gel.
I did not enjoy the massage that I used to enjoy at luxury nails at quail hill! Because she did not let me, it was a fast food service, rush, pressure, no relax! The color I choose is horrible. I would be more happy if it would lose whose 95$. I will never come to that nasty place again. Happy birthday to me! – Sophie G

I have gotten my nails done at several places, however I just moved nearby and a friend of mine goes here so I thought I would check it out. I have only had my dip powder on for four days and they started cracking. This has never happened to me before, so I called and they graciously fixed the nail, in fact they buffed all the nails and re-cured them. I was so impressed with this service. It is now Monday, and three more nails have cracked. Everyone in the Salon was so nice and straight to the point, however I don’t think the quality is there. I have been getting dip on my nails now for 4 years and this has never happened before, after 2 weeks maybe. But this soon after is odd to me. Will not be returning. – Sierra Loza

I recently moved to California a few months ago and I visited Bella Nail Lounge on the 11/11/2023. It was my first trip to the nail shop here and it was a horrible experience.
I asked for the gel colours that have matching regular polish too. I wanted gel on my hand and regular polish on my toes. I was showed the colours and I picked one. Once the girls were done and I was drying I had looked and realised that my hands with gel were the colour I picked but my toes were a completely different colour.
I told the guy at reception and he just was not bothered, he told me that sometimes the colours don’t match and there is nothing he can do about it. He said if I wanted a colour change I would have to pay $20 more. I was furious as I’ve just spent $90 on something I’m not happy with. He then proceeded to say he would give me $20 back and I should go somewhere else to get it fixed. Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve experienced since moving to California. The girls asked me what package I wanted and then didn’t listen I was charged $45 for the mani and $45 for the pedi (I asked for the $35 package and didn’t realise they didn’t listen until I had to pay). The gels came off a week later, I’ve never had gels come off so quickly ever before. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Terrible customer service. – Kiran

They did not do my nails .
I showed the lady at reception this is what I wanted . She quoted me a price and when I showed the manicurist . She then changed the price on me.
Started giving a bunch of excuses as to why she quoted me wrong. She kept rambling why she has to charge me more. She said the work was difficult and a lot. Then she continued to tell me that they can stop the work after I was being worked on. I politely thanked them and left. It was upsetting to show them a picture and show them exactly what I wanted but then be told I should have shown the receptionist a better pic.
Regardless I had a really bad experience for a birthday celebration. Thanks you guys really know how to set a mood. – Emily Madariaga
