Lisa is AMAZING! From my understanding she’s only here on Saturdays but she’s so worth it! Great customer service, great communication while she was trying to understand my nail design vision, very clean and neat. My favorite part of the experience was noticing how detailed she was with my cuticles, length and application of the polish. (Only got a mani) I’m not easily impressed with new nail places but this one might be a hidden gem. The rest of the workers even though I wasn’t their client were very welcoming. worst experience ever…the owner or whoever is extremely rude and rough, so aggressive on my nails and that I was bleeding. No sorry or anything, she just seem annoyed. My nails are crooked, my toes and hand nails are different colors, and my gel manicure was already chipped by the time I got up because she was rushing so much she didn’t let them dry enough. It was horrible. And most importantly, the place is not clean in using products!! They use nail tools between different customers and for the pedicure, they don’t have a plastic cover for the bowl which is gross. – Sheena
