Kevin is a gem and I go here religiously. Close to the freeway, it’s easy to get here, and the parking is plentiful. Kevin is who does my nails, and no matter what I throw at him, it’s a flawless execution every time. His work is stunning, and the atmosphere is relaxed but joyful.

This was my second time at this location and pretty upset. My first time was great with Emily and my nails were amazing. This time idk the names of the two techs but I got cut twice during the process and my nails look nothing like the picture I showed… they’re not terrible but definitely not my favorite, the nail shape is off and one of the nails is way too big for my finger.

I’ve come about 5 times (first 2 pictures are from my first times) and everything was perfect so far until this last time. I came a week ago with MAY (was my first time with her) and yesterday I noticed that THE ACRYLIC SEPARATED FROM MY NATURAL NAILS 😨 please take a look at the last 2 pictures. I’m not only disappointed but also angry, this has never ever happened to me before. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay for a new job. – Vanessa V.
