First time here, got a gel manicure, two of my nails peeled off in less than 24 hrs! In five days I had two nails still looking good! While the people are nice unfortunately they work like most nail salons do now, make you feel like you’re in an assembly line! In and out, quality very mediocre!

Horrible. The place has dust everywhere. Theres holes in the dry wall, and pizza boxes in the open in the back by the bathroom. The drying area is crammed in a corner and some of the dry stations dont work. I looked down and there was dust all over the cords and outlets. I was charged $55 for a mani and pedi REGULAR polish. I visited Brinton Lake Nails with my two daughters for full sets and pedicures. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. After my pedicure, I was left waiting for over an hour, with promises from a technician that never materialized. The constant delays and lack of organization resulted in me being at the salon for over two hours without receiving the full set. It’s unacceptable, and if they can’t accommodate walk-ins, they should communicate that clearly and advise customers to make appointments. – Maureen Roach
