I didn’t appreciate feeling like I HAD to get the more expensive volcano pedicure as I knew I was going to be spending a little extra for my nails. I understand how upsellling works and next time I will decline.

I don’t get my nails done very often maybe once every like 8-10 years?. Anyways I got them done for my 10th wedding anniversary and my sister took me here where she gets her nails done and my nail tech did an phenomenal job, he was so nice and was willing to work with me. I loved them, only thing I didn’t like was there were no set prices like they do here at my hometown and if you want art designs it’s extra, and I’m never sure what to tip so I spent quite a bit of money that day lol. However they did great. He was gentle and didn’t man handle my hands like previous experiences I’ve had. I really enjoyed it here. – Jaden Gillum

Best nail salon I’ve been to in Tucson. I got regular gel with a design on my natural nails and it cost $33. The staff was very nice, facility was clean, and she did my nails perfectly. The prices are very affordable. I love them! – Scarlett James

ill add a pic of what i wanted, but just with dark blue and an s drawn on the ring finger. and then what i got. was told it was going to be 35 for a long full set when i called, she charged 80 and she took huge beads of acrylic and then let the “extra” drip off then continued to add more and charged for the wasted product. i wanted a darker blue which she tried to add glow in the dark polish and when i said no i got lighter blue, in gel polish not acrylic like i asked for. got charged 15 dollars for a little bit of gel polish which the whole bottle doesn’t even cost that much. she cut me with the drill 3 times. asked for bigger gems like the picture and got tiny ones which are crooked and some are upside down and charged 10 for them. also asked for an s DRAWN ON and got told she could “only do fancy designs” and got charged 7 dollars for a singular sticker. total should have been around 80 for the whole set and i got charged 110+. they do the designs that THEY think will look better or that they like not what you ask for. i wont be coming back. – heather novak
