I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went to get my nails done last week, a gel manicure. I originally tried to come for an earlier time, but the salon called and asked me (and my friend) to come later, close to closing time. They knew we had designs and wanted to do gel, but still chose for us to come late. The staff were rushed and any time both my friend and I tried to show that we wanted a specific design change or color change, they expressed visual frustration. It’s been a week and 3 of my nails on each hand – the ones with the designs – chipped and now are completely gone (see picture) after a few showers/hand washings. I’ve never had gel last this short before. I paid more than full price, and this was definitely not what I wanted. I won’t be coming back. – Srishti Banerjee

fabulous service!! they do everything from waxing to eyelash extensions to gel x extensions. my nail tech even did an ombre french which a lot of places don’t offer. i also got an eyebrow and lip wax and gel pedicure: all great. no complaints, only praise here!! ❤️ – Marjan Stuckart

I came here expecting a sanitary experience. Meaning new tools, nail files, pumice bar etc. not the case, they used dirty nail files and buffers on me, as well as other dirty tools. The people were very nice, and my manicure was well done. I’m just disappointed by the price and the unclean tools. The price was higher than their published rates on their website. This place used to be Georgetown nails and now it has expanded and renovated and blinged the place up. It offers every service you could want and it is still the best place in the city to get your nails done. I’d never go anywhere else. – Janice Kullman

Very happy with my dip manicure. Arrived early for my appointment and was sat down straight away. Correct removal and application process.
Also got my eyebrows threaded, also very happy.
Seems like a lot of the customers coming and going are regulars which is always a good sign! – J
