I absolutely love this place! The customer service here is amazing, they always make me feel so warm and welcomed. I’ve been coming here for a few months now. I’ve tried a few different nail techs and they all do a great job. Tommy, Kim, and Vicky have exceeded my expectations every time and really listen to my preferences. I even started getting my lashes done by Nikki, and she does a great job. Today, I got the hybrid gel or builder gel nails and they look flawless! They also offer complimentary drinks, hot stone massages which I absolutely love. I am so glad that “Golden Nails” joined the Castro Valley community as I’ve tried most salons in the area- they really go above and beyond! This salon has natural lighting and a very clean and warm environment. The staff was very attentive, nice, and friendly, and the price was right. We did a walk-in today and was seen right away. They offered drinks along with the excellent service provided. Julie gave me a pedicure and message. My daughter was seen by Jenny and Tang for her medi and pedi.
