Today was my second time visiting at this nail salon and very disappointed. I asked for the first design but look at this. The colors are totally different and I didn’t expect it. The nail technician was very rude, unpleasant, and insincere.

I got a s&s manicure here about a week ago, and i absolutely love how they turned out. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. My nail tech, Dee, was very kind and gave me a relaxing shoulder and hand massage at the end of the manicure. My only complaint is that it was much more expensive than I was expecting, so I will probably only come back for special occasions or for a cheaper manicure than the one I got. – Emily Mann

5/2/2022: update: I went today and tried with Suda. Since the staffs that I loved they are not there anymore after COVID happened. I’m impressed that Suda is also great and perfectionist. I will be coming to look for her the next time I come for manicure and pedicure. See the photo with the striped background.

I used to go to Fairfax Bliss Nails but the staffs that were my favorites are no longer working there. Luckily I saw one of them at the store and told me that she works at different place. I came here to see her Dana and was happy that I found her. When she did my manicure and pedicure, I was looking at Chris’s job with another client and I wanted to try with him too. I made an appointment recently and I was like WHOA! He is also a perfectionist and took time very well with the nails. Pays attention to the details which I LOVED it! I am coming back for him again. I also want to try Lina. Even I haven’t tried with her but I saw her with other client and she did amazing job too. Hope she’s available when I come back.

So far Dana, Lina, Chris are the best if you’re looking “perfect”. 🙂 🙂

Update as of 11/26/19: Kelly did an amazing job too! She was also perfectionist on the nails and well done job when she polishes! 🙂

My boyfriend and I were in the area to celebrate Valentine’s Day, so I wanted to treat myself to a new set of extensions + gel manicure! Tracy took care of me and she was very sweet. Their manicures seem to come with hot rocks, scrub hand massage, and a back massage. She did a wonderful job and I would definitely come back 🙂 I have been really busy with school and work, that I hadn’t had time to feel pampered, so I enjoyed and appreciated the experience – Ashley Pham

What a shame. Before my experience today I would have given them a 5 star. Dee the tech that has done my nail has been absolutely wonderful! The only reason I added a star.

I had an appointment today at 2 pm. Because I left my phone at previous location I arrive at 2:10. So I am late. The lady at the front tell my to sit in a spot. I sit there. I wait for a couple of min and notice everyone is busy. I get back up and go to the front lady with intent to ask her because I was late I can reschedule an come later tonight.

As I approach her she is one her phone and doesn’t look up. I started to inquire and before I finished she dismissed me and told me to hold on while she finished texting. Once she looked up, I asked how long would the wait be she again interrupted and told me my appoint was at 2 and I was late so I need to sit down. At this point her dismissive attitude was enough for me. I then told her she can go ahead and cancel appointment. She pretended to not understand what I was saying and so I stated it again and then she just laughed.

I unfortunately will no longer be going to the establishment. I am disappointed because I had found a good tech. But I will never be disrespected or deal with horrible customer service. – Shena Jefferson
