I have been going to this establishment for a couple of months now and I have to say…I LOVE IT!!! My nails always look amazing and last more than two weeks. And who doesn’t love that. I have only have had one complaint and the lady who is in charge wasted no time making sure my problem was resolved. I recommend this nail place to all my girl friends because it is THAT good. The prices are pretty high BUT you get what you pay for, and at this establishment you are getting great service. Everyone is so nice and patient with you. Overall, they do a good job on the manicures… Been coming here for about 6 months. But recently found out they have a new owner and the front desk ppl aren’t as nice as the last ones. And some prices went up. Hopefully, the quality of the work stays the same. – Rania

Terrible experience. The pedicure tech nipped me and made me bleed, she didn’t know how to cut my toenails so I did it myself, I didn’t get a basecoat. It is noisy with kpop or whatever that is, my cuticle line was bruised and my nail length uneven. There was a serious language barrier. The owner was right there since I was seated in the first chair near the front desk. I don’t know if she does not speak Spanish, but she certainly didn’t care about what was going on despite witnessing it. – Susan F
