I scheduled an appointment with this place for a simple fill. Im a cosmetologist but was feeling lazy and didnt want to do it myself that night. 1st of all it looks like NONE of their equipment has been run through the autoclave to make sure they are sterile. 2nd they ran 40 min behind. 3rd I brought my own acyrlic powder. She kept telling me its a dip not acyrlic powder. She refused to or maybe couldnt read the product type?! Nevertheless I k ow what product I brought to my appointment. 3rd, the tech was so incredibly rude. She spoke in another language the whole time, rolled her eyes, spoke loudly, laughing, had other techs come over and look at my nails when I refused to have her rip all my nails off and do a new set. She tried telling me that they were lifting everywhere and they will all break off if she does a fill. I told her Im a cosmetologist and I would love to see where they are lifting everywhere, she then stopped talking to me and looked pissed off finishing my fill. I was so upset about how I was treates and lied to, I didnt have her finish. I paid, and tipped and left. NEVER AGAIN will I go here. I would never go back just on the simple fact that they dont properly clean their instruments but the total disrespect and insanely rude behavior is like nothing I have experienced.
