Unhappy with the service the last few times I’ve been. I’ve been going here for about 3 years on and off. I got a manicure done and they charged me $122….this of course was incorrect and now i have to dispute it. The last time they incorrectly put in a tip. I wish I had better news… Every time I go here, I leave disappointed and today was no different. I spent $110 to have dip nails & a pedicure. I was immediately given a chair for the pedicure, but it took the manicurist 1 hr 40 minutes to do a normal 50 minutes set of nails. Even when I was leaving the owner of the establishment, grabbed my hand, look at my nails and saw what a bad job was done. She did not offer any compensation or to even have them corrected. Terrible experience!! I was unable to find anyone who spoke English to communicate that this French tip was uneven and thin until checking out. They asked me to return so they could fix it. I paid $80 for an over all terrible pedicure and result. – Carina DeAnda
