I was a walk in on: 05.24.2023, no problem they took me right away so I’m thinking this is going to be great! Picked a color for my nails, they didn’t have the color I wanted, okay picked another. I picked and paid $45 for a pomegranate pedicure which was very relaxing but I started smelling peppermint. So I asked the young man if that was peppermint he said yes I said I wanted pomegranate he replied after a few seconds “we not have that!” Wouldn’t you know it that Peppermint is the one and only that I would NOT have picked, but oh well too far into it! My toe nails looked like they were done by a young child, sloppy, bumpy color does not even color all of the nail. I pointed out to him more than once places that were not covered. Now to my finger nails. Same issues color does not cover the entire nail bed. There is acrylic on my fingers which he did spend a few moments trying to remove but failed to get it all and then the very last step of evening out the top of the nail and the cuticle area he left my brand new nails looking like they are two weeks later needing a fill! The young man was very polite and after I had already pointed out several issues on both my toes and fingers I felt as though he was getting upset so I decided to just go with it and will not be going back as I feel $90 plus $10 tip for his politeness was a $100 waste. – Marsha Rodriguez

This place as been amazing so far. Any of the times I’ve been the people have been nice. The place is clean. The wait well I’ve never had to wait. Usually I’m seated right away. My nails have been done exactly how I’ve asked. The experience for me has be amazing so far. I will continue to keep using them til something happens and I start getting bad service.
