I’m so picky when it comes to nail salons because I have sensitive cuticles, have a low pain tolerance in my hands and fingernails, as well as feel bad for my fingernails after a manicure due to all the buffing, filing, and harsh chemicals my nails and skin are exposed to. My experience as Lunula was entirely different. They use all organic products and my manicurist was so gentle and detailed. The salon also has a calm and relaxing ambiance; the smell, decor, and manicurist energies all contribute to creating the perfect atmosphere. When I finished drying my polish I was approached to check in on my experience and for a final cold water rinse to ensure my beautiful manicure wasn’t ruined. She also shared that they have a 7 day polish policy, where they’ll re-polish any chips at no extra cost, mind blown! This was the first time I’ve experienced this and was very content with the service. I’ve already booked my next appointment because of the exceptional service. Very clean nice salon. Taii was my nail techs name. She was very attentive to my needs. I was offered water or tea! They all made me feel very welcomed. First time trying dazzle dry. It was very convenient because it dries in 5 minutes.
My mani I asked for a simple design I wanted a more natural minimalist look.
