Extremely disappointed with my service. I went to get my toes done and I was surprised at the end that I did not get my complete service that I paid for when my friends got a towel wrap on their legs. When I brought the issue up, I was told that my calves were too large for the hot towels the wrap around. Why not say that when I booked the service? I can be very picky once I get used to one person. My first time there I was very surprised that one of the males suggested I soak my gel.nails off for a VERY serious point. Fungus due to air bubbles were beginning or almost about to happen had I not soaked them off and just gotten a refill. They looked great since having time to grow and I was able to get a thin overlay of acrylic which you can see in the French blue tip pic. My second time my lady was very busy and I had someone else do them. I wasn’t happy that she was on the phone the whole time and I felt as though she rushed through my service. She did a great job some would say but I was just used to my lady.
