this was such a terrible experience. the random white powder that looks like white specs were there BEFORE I left the shop and I asked her could she fix it. she fixes one but refused to fix the others. while I was showing her the issue she pushed my hand away and told me it’s fine but still wanted me to pay full price. The milk and honey pedicure was relaxing and smelled amazing. The pedicure I got included hot stones, wax, and an exfoliation!

What I thought to be a great experience turned ugly. Thought as a first time customer along with my lady friend that I was getting top notch service. Additional services were performed that I hadn’t requested. When I reviewed my bank account I was astounded as to the charges charged to my account. Returned to discuss the matter with Nina politely. However she started yelling at me in front of other employees and customers – then proceeded to insult me. Not a professional approach whatsoever. Chose this place due to location of my residence. My friend and I will never return – prefer to travel to Galleria area for better service at more reasonable prices.
