My normal salon was closed, so I thought I’d give this place a try. I was eagerly greeted and promptly told not to put my feet into the lined bowl. Why? Because she was using an electric kettle to fill the bowl – kettle by kettle – because they didn’t have hot water. I had gel on my toes and asked if they’d soak them off – I was told no, they prefer to use a drill file. I had multiple flinches due to my toenail being superheated and was told “oh you’re so sensitive!” and heads were swapped out, but soaking remained not an option. There was polish left in spots on my nails, and the tech said it was no problem. She later just painted over it. The 10 min massage was 2 quick rubs and a lot of the double hand whacking, lasting – thankfully – only 3 mins total. I’m 4 days out and the polish is chipping and my heels re no longer soft. We came by for a mani/ pedi. Nice experience. Left with a hot pink color in time for the spring. My thumb nail was “ fixed” as it was breaking mid nail and it still broke/ snagged so it was not fixed well enough. The parafin heel dip was HOT- but did the job. Nice experience- third time here. They take Covid precautions.

I’ve been getting my pedicures here for about 3 years and the service is amazing. I always give a good tip. Decided to get a set done a few days ago after my pedicure and it was a mess. This is a picture from right after. She did say they were short staffed so maybe the lady who did them was not properly trained. I took them out the next day elsewhere and had to redo them – Jaiye J

Oh my goodness. I had some pretty funky nails going on from a different salon, and in a bind (FA Training Course with little time to right my situation) I chose to come here. Not only did I have great conversation, but my nails went from bulbous, too thick, misshapen, and grown out… to a gorgeous shaped, cohesive, natural look. Couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely greatful.
