This nail salon is the BEST! No only are all of the people who work there super friendly and professional, they do an meticulous job with all of their services. New owners recently took over and while most of the amazing staff is still there, the new owners have updated the space and also added wonderful free perks like paraffin wax for your heels with a pedicure and shea butter gloves with a spa pedicure. Perfect for the cold weather that is coming. It is s such a treat to go there — you will not be disappointed! Rosa and Clara are wonderful for any kind of service. I have been going here for some time now and they are always so nice and cleanly. They always do a great job and they always make sure that I like the way my nails are looking throughout the appointment. Awful, unprofessional service—I made mani/pedi appointments for myself and my daughters two days in advance, and called 3 hours before the day of to confirm, and when we walked in they were too busy to take us at the appointment time. The owner kept making excuses and when another person came in after us with an appointment she was taken right away. I ran out of time and couldn’t get a manicure myself. I’ve been a customer for 6 years (under the previous management) but will not be back after this. There are plenty of other nail salons around that don’t overbook—avoid this one!! – Lisa Y
