Gel nails chipped day 1 and polish came off tips toes. I appreciate they took me in late it was closing in 5 mins. They did it in one hour with spa pedicure. I was happy to see the dedication to service..However the quality of the product is poor. Thank you for you effort, yet I was unhappy with my nails not lasting and it didn’t look good all weekend. Very rough and tumble. The manicurist buffed my nails with a very rough buffer and didn’t finish with a finer one. So my nails were ridged after buffing. Instead of fixing this she just kept layering topcoats trying to cover her mistake. After 1 coat of Color and 3 top coats the nails still looked cracked and ridged. I just left the salon because it was clear she wasn’t going to fix her mistake properly and I wasn’t sure how many more coats of topcoat she was going to keep putting on. Cheap can’t be worth having your nails trashed – TT

Michelle is the absolute best and I love love love this location. Sad I moved away, it’s hard to find nail technicians who have great technique.
